Dispatch
Netherlands : Orders within the Netherlands from €75
are shipped free of charge. A standard applies to orders under €75
shipping contribution of €4.95.
Abroad :
When your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from our carrier with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the status of the shipment and, if possible, give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.

you end up in spam, or there is an error in your email address. Please feel free to contact us

In this case, your order must first be sorted again. We advise you to keep a close eye on the Track & Trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, it will be posted there
If you order before 11:00 PM on workdays, your package will be shipped the same day. If you place an order with us on Friday after 11:00 PM, your package will be delivered on Tuesday. When you order from Belgium, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Returns
It is not possible to exchange an item. If the size is not to your liking, you can return the item. For a different size you must place a new order.
You can easily register a return via our returns portal. Here you can also create your return label in a few simple steps and pay immediately.
The return costs within the Netherlands are €5.95 if you hand in your return at the post office yourself.
If you purchased items from us in store, you can of course exchange them in store or return them within 14 days. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a store purchase online.

If we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it.
