Complaint
Have you received the wrong item, wrong size, is a product missing or is the product damaged? Do not return the item yet, we cannot reimburse return costs incurred afterwards, but email us at webshop@minre.nl. Don't forget to add your order number and photos when applicable. Our customer service will contact you within 3 working days for a suitable solution!
Warranty period
We attach great importance to our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, it can happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else goes wrong, as a result of which you can make a claim under the warranty. We offer a 30 day warranty after purchasing the product. If the problem is covered by the warranty, we will solve it for you free of charge. Send us an email to webshop@minre.nl and we will come up with a solution as soon as possible. Please note, there is no guarantee against damage that occurs after wearing and washing; this is at your own responsibility.
Sometimes everything doesn't go as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by sending an email. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur (https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil).
From February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit their complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you can submit it via the European Union platform.
